Our range of timber slabs is one of the largest in NSW and Queensland

We cut large logs into premium slabs, then dry these for a period of years to ensure minimum degrade and optimum core moisture content before being available for sale.

All our slabs are rough sawn however if you don’t have the time or equipment, we can dress, fill and sand the timber ready for coating, for an additional cost.

As timber is a natural product, Slabs characteristics can contain variations such as gum veins, surface & /or end checking, knots, insect trails. These features do not affect the performance of the timber and add character and uniqueness to each piece.

We also offer green off-saw (GOS) timber slabs to suit wholesale bulk requirements. North East Hardwoods can arrange delivery to the Port for Exporting.
